Corey and Mark got married at the Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Regional Park. It was mid-October and the weather was unpredictable as it always is in the midwest as fall transitions to winter. On the day of the wedding, it was lightly snowing and the temperature drop. Despite the abysmal weather, everyone donned their boots and coats for the outdoor ceremony.

Corey and Mark met when they hiked the PCT together with a group of friends. They fell in love and years later – they even still have the same clothing they wore during the adventure - here we are celebrating the next chapter of their love story.

Their wedding day was reflective of their relationship - laid back, casual and utterly, joyfully fun. They love to dance so dancing was prioritize. Mark and I have been friends since 2014 when we paddled the Illinois River together. It was so incredible sweet when they asked me to be their wedding photographer.
